Rooms very spacious and very confortable beds. Felt very safe & secure in the hotel as staff were very welcoming & friendly. Will definitely visit istanbul again & stay in this hotel.

The staff were friendly, and helpful and were able to offer good advise as to getting about in the city to see the attractions. The airport transfer service service offered through 3rd party was a bit expensive, so did not take it. We had to leave early the staff offered us a limited breakfast which was a nice gesture.
